Q: What are the ages for children to
play?
A: 1st grade to 8th grade. Children are grouped by ability and
apporpiate age.
Q: What does my child need?
A: Protective hockey equipment is MANDATORY.
Required
Roller Blades or skates
Helmet with full cage.
Hockey Gloves
Shoulder Pads
Hockey pants/girdle with cup
Elbow pads
Shin guards
Hockey stick (No plastic street blades)
Strongly Suggested
Mouth guard
Q: When are the games and practices?
A: Games are generally Friday nights at 7 or 8 pm. Practices will
vary by team but will be during the week anywhere from 5 to 7 pm.
Q: Does my child need to attend practice?
A: Most of the learning and skill development is gained in the
practices. It is important to make practices as much as possible.
